How Does Online Document Certification Work?

1. Take a photo holding your ID, passport or driver's licence closer to your face
2. Upload your photo and your supporting document below, then wait for verification
3. Once verification is successful, we print and certify your documents and send them to you

Certified copies are commonly needed for job applications, university admissions, visa applications, banking, and other official processes that ask for a certified copy of your ID document. If you're not sure whether a remotely certified copy will be accepted for your specific application, it's worth checking with the requesting institution first.
